Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders for items in stock will be processed within 24-48 hours, depending on when your order was placed. Shipment typically takes 2-12 working days following dispatch from our warehouse depending on your pincode. You can contact us on avionihomeindia@gmail.com  or whatsapp us on +91 8295576644 to know the tentative date of delivery. We currently deliver via a trusted 3rd party courier service to Indian addresses only. There will be 2 attempts for delivery so please ensure you confirm your address and contact details with us and let us know if there are any changes. Please note the window for delivery is 10AM-6PM and we cannot deliver outside those times Neither we can provide an exact time of delivery. Please arrange for alternative collections means if these times do not work for you.

We confirm all Cash on Delivery Orders on call before dispatch to validate the given contact number. If you have any query regarding to your order you can ask while confirming your order on call.

On occasion, we may experience an unforeseen delay in the shipment of your order. In such a case, we will notify you via email or on phone. When delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will email or call you when the item has been dispatched.

Please provide your full, correct address and contact details to ensure no delays in shipping.

If Your Order Does Not Arrive On Time

If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery timeframe, please let us know. Tracking information is provided via email for all orders. On occasion, orders may be delivered to a person other than yourself. This may include a family member, neighbour, co-worker, Security Guard or property manager. If for some reason, your delivery has not been received within the specified timeframe and cannot be located with the tracking information provided, please contact us.

Cancellation of Order

We reserve the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situations where we are not able to meet the requirement of the order placed, or the order so placed does not comply with our policy, or for any other reason. However, we will ensure that any communication regarding order cancellation is sent promptly and the applicable refund is made within a reasonable time period. In case of product orders cancelled by us due to unavailability of products or delays in fulfilment, we will provide 100% refund for that product. Refund will be processed through the same online mode as per our refund policy.

It is our endeavor to provide you with the best possible customer service and hence we permit returns and exchanges as long as the product/s are unused, unwashed, defective/damaged, and are returned in saleable condition in with all original packaging, tags and invoices. Please also share video of opening of packet in case you claim that you have received defective or broken item.
